Shipping Policy
All standard orders of in-stock items will be processed and leave the warehouse in 1-3 business days via our Courier partners.
We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs.600.
An additional Rs.60 will be charged for orders below Rs.600.
Once your order is ready to be shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number so that you can keep easily track of your order.

Exchange + Returns Policy
You may exchange or return items within 4 business days of receipt. If 4 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be refunded.
Products sold during a sale are exempt from exchanges or returns.
For generating an exchange or return, please contact our customer care team at orders@daisyskinfix.com with your order ID, a copy of your invoice and details of the item(s) you would like to exchange or return.

Returns
We will send you a return label and schedule a pick-up for the return. Once your returned item(s) is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
For payments made through credit cards, debit cards or net banking, the refund will be
processed to the same account within 24 business hours of us receiving the returned products. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
The returned amount will exclude original shipping charges, return shipping charges and transaction fees.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are damaged or if the product sent isn’t the one you ordered. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at care@daisyskinfix.com and we’ll contact you with further details. If we’ve made an error while shipping your order, we’ll ship the correct items right away and arrange for the return of the wrongly sent items.
