SHIPPING

Q. Do you Offer Free Shipping?

- Yes we do! We offer Free shipping on all orders above Rs.800. For orders that are below Rs.800, an extra charge of Rs.100 is levied.

Q. Do you have Cash on Delivery option for orders?

- Cash on Delivery option is provided with an extra charge of Rs.100.

Q. When will my order be shipped?

- Your order will be shipped within 3 working days* after you receive a confirmation email of your order.

Q. How long will it take for me to receive my order?

-We try our best to deliver your order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed are usually received within 3-5 days. You will receive a Tracking number and tracking link right after we dispatch your order so you can always know where your order is.

Q. It has been more than 5 days after my order was dispatched. I still haven.t received it?

- If your order takes more than the normal time to reach you, do drop us an email at orders@daisyskinfix.com, with your order number and tracking number mentioned. we will do our best to coordinate with our Delivery partner to get your shipment to you!

RETURNS

Our Returns Policy is for 2 days. If 2 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Only items that have been damaged during transit are eligible for Return after purchase. You can send us a photo of the package and item received via email. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please be aware that due to hygiene regulations we cannot offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items returned in non-saleable condition. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your bank account.
