Where can I track my order?
– Once we process your order and ship it out, we send you an email and an SMS providing you with a tracking number and a link. If you have an account with us, you can go to ‘Orders’ page and check the status there.

I am new to Korean Skincare and not sure which products to buy?
– Hey, if it your first time trying out KBeauty, we are more than happy to help you out in choosing the right products for your skin. Just send us an email at consult@daisyskinfix.com and we will get back to you within 48 hours!

How do I know if the products are authentic?
– We, at Daisy, source the items directly from the brands themselves or/and only from authorised distributors of the brand. We guarantee that all items are 100% authentic.

When will the Out of Stock items be back?
– Fast-selling items that become out of stock are usually restocked within 12 – 14 days. We will notify you if you sign up to our Newsletter. Do follow our instagram page – daisy.on.ig for updates on stock.

The KBeauty brand that I love is not on Daisy. How can I get my hands on it?
– If you have a particular brand or item that your skin loves, feel free to contact us at care@daisyskinfix.com and we will try our best to source it for you.
